1. Read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)

2. Complete the Application Form attached to the PDS.
You must complete each page of the Application Form. Sign and date the Application Form. Send all pages to NAB Custodian Services for processing by mail or fax.

3. Send the completed Application Form together with your payment
Acceptable methods of payment are:

Cheque made payable to ‘NNL Antares Applications Account – [your name(s)]’ and crossed “Not Negotiable” accompanied by the Application Form.

Electronic funds transfer. Please note that your investment cannot be processed until both the funds and the completed Application Form are received.


In order for us to recognise your payment, please ensure that your investor name is recorded as a narrative for the payment.
